Developing Empathy
Empathy is the capability to understand other people's response by imagining and keeping in his or her place. Develop the skill of listening to others and asking questions to understand the root of concerns to lead discussions in a positive way.
Active Listening
Listening is a process of receiving, interpreting and reacting to a message received from the speaker. It is an important skill. Communication process is incomplete without listening.
Creating Confidence
People are much likely to be influenced by an individual they believe. A reputation with honesty is much recognizable. Improving knowledge on certain subject areas and paying attention towards it can gain confidence.
