Effective Influencers

They usually have a mission. They are provoked by their values and therefore they lead others effectively. Take time to think about your talents, strengths and long-term goals. Leaders are people who can inspire others to participate in a vision.

Emotional Intelligence

Being aware of your own emotions, receptive to the feelings of others and always performing with sincerity and honesty. An emotional intelligent person can understand his or her own strengths and weaknesses. Goleman describes five main components: Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Internal motivation, Empathy, and Social Skills.

Developing Empathy

Empathy is the capability to understand other people's response by imagining and keeping in his or her place. Develop the skill of listening to others and asking questions to understand the root of concerns to lead discussions in a positive way.

Active Listening

Listening is a process of receiving, interpreting and reacting to a message received from the speaker. It is an important skill. Communication process is incomplete without listening.

Creating Confidence

People are much likely to be influenced by an individual they believe. A reputation with honesty is much recognizable. Improving knowledge on certain subject areas and paying attention towards it can gain confidence.
